What is the 1 Minute Challenge?
The addictive challenge involves throwing and catching a ball off the INSANE side of a Crazy Catch rebound net as many times as you can in a minute from a distance of 2 metres. It sounds easy but trust us its not as the rebounds are completely random which tests your hand-eye co-ordination, agility skills and concentration.
What do I need?
You need a ball, a tape measure, a stopwatch and a crazy catch. If you don’t have a crazy catch, you can buy one here.
